I hired David Grecco of Carpentry and Handyman Concepts to do a complete teardown and rebuild of our back deck which was too dangerous to use. He handled the permit process and requirements which was misery, better him than me. We were able to walk out onto our new deck within 3 days after teardown and that includes the delay with the rotted wood shingles on the house which had to be removed, repaired then replaced. I used composite wood decking and vinyl railings then the leftover materials were used to rebuild the front porch. Both structures are beautiful! I have a good rapport with David as well.
