This was initially going to be a bad review: I told Spotless that I wanted to be home when the gutter cleaning took place, as I wanted to talk to the technician about some problems with draining and possible solutions. I rearranged my busy schedule to stay home the day of my appointment - but no one ever showed up. At 5 p.m., I called and was ready to cancel altogether but given the recent heavy rains (and their apology for an apparent mix-up), I agreed to have someone come the next day. Miguel promptly showed up the next morning. He was amazing: professional, warm, articulate, and he obviously knows his stuff. As a first-time homeowner, I had a lot of questions, some of which were probably asinine, and he answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. I don’t know if it was a deliberate decision by Spotless to send Miguel, who must be their best employee to the job to try to save this new account, but it worked!
