This was initially going to be a bad review: I told Spotless that I wanted to be home when the gutter cleaning took place, as I wanted to talk to the technician about some problems with draining and possible solutions. I rearranged my busy schedule to stay home the day of my appointment - but no one ever showed up. At 5 p.m., I called and was ready to cancel altogether but given the recent heavy rains (and their apology for an apparent mix-up), I agreed to have someone come the next day. Miguel promptly showed up the next morning. He was amazing: professional, warm, articulate, and he obviously knows his stuff. As a first-time homeowner, I had a lot of questions, some of which were probably asinine, and he answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. I don’t know if it was a deliberate decision by Spotless to send Miguel, who must be their best employee to the job to try to save this new account, but it worked! Excellent! Angel and Miguel showed up on the hottest part of the hottest day of the year (so far) and exceeded my expectations in every way. We had an overflowing second story gutter and with every rainfall, it seemed to get worse and worse. Twenty minutes after they arrived, they were finished and you would never have know they were here. The muck that came out of the gutters was thoroughly cleaned up, the gutters were unclogged and working as intended. These two professionals made it look easy! They took the time to explain what happened to cause the issue, what they did to alleviate it, and how to prevent it in the future.
