Extremely happy with the installation of my new roof and the overall professionalism of this company. The owner Juan was great to work with and we've already recommended NE Roofing to several of our neighbors. Service: Roof repair
My area was hit with a storm and it caused damage to my roof. I went into contract with New England Roofing & Home Repair so that they could work with Insurance to help repair the leaky roof. Little to no progress was made in the first 6 months. My roof was still damaged and at this point, other homes in the surrounding areas had their roofs fixed. I asked for progress updates every 2-4 weeks in the form of a call or email. I received no new information and was told that they were still working on it. I have yet to receive any communication from them after 2 months. Opportunity to correct a mistake and keep a customer even though the customer had to bare the consequences of the professional oversight is too much to ask for them. If you are reading this, consider this fair warning that the professional and technical aptitude of their work can leave you as a victim wh
