New England Roofing & Home Repair

My area was hit with a storm and it caused damage to my roof. I went into contract with New England Roofing & Home Repair so that they could work with Insurance to help repair the leaky roof. Little to no progress was made in the first 6 months. My roof was still damaged and at this point, other homes in the surrounding areas had their roofs fixed. I asked for progress updates every 2-4 weeks in the form of a call or email. I received no new information and was told that they were still working on it. Eventually I called my insurance to see what the issue was, and it seemed that there was no real communication done between the roofers and insurance. Eventually insurance sent a representative to inspect the roof again and then provided more financial assistance. This part was not due to any effort from the roofers. These guys are GREAT! They worked with my insurance company and got 90% of the roof covered! I started with their major competition and the competitor left me with nothing. I called in New England Roofing and JC was very helpful and negotiated with my insurance company and got it covered.. That was amazing. I'm very happy. They are professional and cleaned up properly.
