Charge a lot of money just to look at the unit , it takes one our just to take the cover off the AC unit so they can charge an extra $99 for the second hour.then they charge to go and pick up the Freon Service: A/C system maintenance
Two days before the blizzard that we had beginning on Friday we woke up to 55 degrees in the house because the furnace had quit working. I called several firms but got none agreed to come out and address the problem. Then, I contacted MTL and even though I was not a regular customer, Mike came to our house in a timely manner, determined the nature of the problem, left to get a replacement part and then returned, staying until after 6pm, to get it installed and our heat back. Mike was fantastic and complemented his expertise with a big smile.
