Overprice & extremely rude. The owner sent some kid to my house that appeared to had just got out of HVAC school. The owner spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with the kid trying to walk him through a diagnostic. Then the owner tried to charge me $390 plus tax for just a diagnostic alone. It was a $129 diagnostic fee and $87 dollars an hour. He also wanted to charge me $500 for a gas valve and an additional $90 for a thermocouple for my furnace not including additional labor. The part they were repairing was literarily in the front of the furnace and should not taken 3 hours to figure out. He demanded that I pay the $390 plus tax for the diagnostic fee. I hung up on him and paid the $129 fee we originally agreed on. He called me several times in a row until I blocked my calls from him.

One of the best of the best. They come out all the way to Guilford every time I need something done at a very affordable price. They are honest and do a thorough job. My go to for heating and cooling and don't hesitate to use them. Thank you Mike from Patti.
