John at Citywide Homes was great all around. We needed to repair the roof that was connected to the underside of our deck over our hot tub, and it was a smaller, yet unusual job that not just anyone could do. John and his team did a great job removing the old materials and installing a new one, improving on the way it was originally designed to make it more effective. John was responsive, fair and provided an excellent quality work product, and I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs and remodels!

We called Citywide for a quote on a bathroom originally and he was very responsive and professional with his recommendations and took the time to plan out options with us. We had some issues we needed resolved first so requested that he replace 2 large front windows and a rear slider. Their attention to detail was great and worked as long as needed to get the job done correctly. Responsiveness was a huge perk since it can be hard to communicate with many contractors and I'll definitely be calling them back once we're ready for our bathroom remodel.

We were looking to remodel our old kitchen in our condo. John was recommended and upon meeting with him we decided, partly due to his personality to hire him to do the remodel. It took a total of 7 weeks and we could not be happier. The finished product is beautiful, John and Dennis were an absolute pleasure to work with. Promises were kept, they arrived on time and were respectful and polite. The end product was finished to our satisfaction with absolutely no complaints.
