Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had an issue with my drain line due to the ground settling outside the foundation of my house. Roto-Rooter originally unclogged the line in the past and let me know what it would take to repair it. I recently connected with Jimmy and he came out to put a camera down the rest of the line to make sure there weren't any other issues and walked me through what it would take to repair the issue. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. Jimmy and his team were able to complete the work within 1 week (based around my schedule) of initially contacting them. I am extremely happy with the professional and prompt service and will definitely contact them again in the future whenever something else comes up. Thanks again! Scott was excellent to work with. I had some plumbing issues both with leaks and drainage problems that developed in an older house I purchased. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they came promptly. After the first fix there was still a slight leak due to the age of the hardware but they fixed it, no charge. When Scott finally had to replace the faucet entirely and the drain started clogging up, he came back and unclogged it no charge. Was a pleasure to work with them.
