Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very happy so far! Roto-Rooter arrived an hour after I called and found the issue immediately. Brian has been wonderful diagnosing the significance of the issue and helping me submit my insurance claim. I'm looking forward to getting my bathroom fixed! Service: Plumbing leak detection

My toilet had a leak and I called them to come fix it! They were very responsive and came the next day to fix the toilet! During the fix, they noticed that the leak was extensive than what was visible to thier eye and called thier damage and restoration team to help us access the extent of the damage and file a claim with insurance. It was our first time filing a claim with insurance! They were very professional, documented everything and the extent of the water damage and Brian (the person who we worked with) worked very hard to make sure that the insurance covered all the areas that had water damage! The insurance company, Travelers, was very hard to work with and had denied some claims but Brian was persistent with them, showing them all the damage from the toilet leak!
