We had our furnace fail on us the other day. Called Tom at Comfort Solutions and he was at the house in a flash. He was able to get the furnace up and running in no time!! They replaced my furnace and water heater. They were in and out in a day and a half. Everything was clean the new unit has worked flawlessly for a year now. Expert quality service couldn't have asked for more.

Three years now I am still dealing with his half ..... installation. This contractor cut nearly every corner and will not stand behind their work. I contacted the owner and he was willing to 'fix' his mistake at my expense. -Incorrectly sized my A/C -Voided warranties on the units due to improper installation -Gas lines not sized to use -Water discharge freezes durning winter due to where it was installed He installed a 2 ton inside unit for my original 1 ton working unit out side. This caused the A/C not to be effective at all. I have chosen not to use this company to fix the problem because when I contacted the owner he did come out but offered to fix his mistake by installing a new unit then over priced me by $1500 when I quoted the job out to multiple other contractors. Due to the fact the units were incorrectly sized I had to replace my working air conditioning unit. Since then the lines have not held pressure because the lines were installed with an incorrect fitting and puncture
