Highly recommend! Dave (owner) came out for a routine annual servicing job however I had also been having several issues caused by the last company I used out of Mahopac, NY. Dave took the time to explain the issues, what needed to be replaced and the cost and even offered to come back once I had received other quotes. He didn't need to as I was already sold. Final price was very transparent/detailed/reasonable and customer service went beyond expectations. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair

.. The first time I used these guys the repair man was at my residence for an hour and charged me a little over $100. The service was good, so I called them a second time... This time however, the repair man was at my residence for less than an hour and charged me $265!... Idk that I'd call them a third time.. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I had a issue on my boiler and called parkway to send a technician. Affordable came on time but didn't come with a mask. I told the technician can he put on a mask and he was upset. After he put on the mask then ask me to put on my mask in my home. I told him I'm in my house and don't need one. He refused service and walked away. And the company is okay with refusing service to customers because of a mask. Don't use this company.
