I had a issue on my boiler and called parkway to send a technician. Affordable came on time but didn't come with a mask. I told the technician can he put on a mask and he was upset. After he put on the mask then ask me to put on my mask in my home. I told him I'm in my house and don't need one. He refused service and walked away. And the company is okay with refusing service to customers because of a mask. Don't use this company.

First and foremost I just want to thank the tech that came out. My wife and I just purchased a home and had no knowledge of our heating system. The representative was very polite when I called for a smell issue and assured that a tech would be able to get to my home the same day. He fixed the problem and gave my wife and I some pointers on our heating system! Thanks!

.. The first time I used these guys the repair man was at my residence for an hour and charged me a little over $100. The service was good, so I called them a second time... This time however, the repair man was at my residence for less than an hour and charged me $265!... Idk that I'd call them a third time.. Service: HVAC system maintenance
