Very easy to schedule. Technician arrived within 45 minutes. Very professional. Did an excellent job, and was cleaned up and ready to go within an hour. Service: Sewer cleaning
There are not enough words in the English language to express my disgust with this company. I need an emergency service. I schedule 4-8pm which worked best for me because I needed to be present. 3 phone calls with the same answer, “you’re next on the list.” A tech didn’t arrive until 8:20pm. No call, no ETA of arrival. Instead, WITHOUT KNOCKING he opened my front door as if he paid bills to let me know he had arrived. Minus points there. Telling me “I didn’t know.” … you didn’t know to knock or ring a doorbell? Argued with me about it until I pleaded and asked he just look at my situation. No camera; no investigating. Knocked on my main pipe and said it was clogged. Ok. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to be over $600 to open the pipe. But it’s going to be a mess. “But I don’t clean that up.” Well your website states you do. “We have another part of the company that does that. That’s a separate charge.” So $680 to open a pipe; make a mess at 8:30pm at night and then just leave me
