Our geothermal system was installed by another vendor. We recently hired Pack-Timco under an annual maintenance agreement. When the A/C failed on our main floor, they sent a repair person that day. Jerry was able to trouble-shoot a flaw in the original installation. He discovered that the load was too much for the transformer that was originally installed. During his call, he was able to add a second transformer and things are working perfectly now. Service: Repair HVAC

Jerry has been our technician the past few visits and he always does a thorough job. He always makes sure our units are safely running and will bring matters to our attention on site, fully explaining everything.
