Jerry has been our technician the past few visits and he always does a thorough job. He always makes sure our units are safely running and will bring matters to our attention on site, fully explaining everything. Our geothermal system was installed by another vendor. We recently hired Pack-Timco under an annual maintenance agreement. When the A/C failed on our main floor, they sent a repair person that day. Jerry was able to trouble-shoot a flaw in the original installation. He discovered that the load was too much for the transformer that was originally installed. During his call, he was able to add a second transformer and things are working perfectly now. Service: Repair HVAC
