I contacted Jason on a Saturday night based on his reviews. I needed Jason to fix my water heater. Jason quickly responded and gave me a free estimate. We agreed to have him come out first thing Monday morning which he was right on time. After a little negotiating on the price, Jason accepted the job and exceeded all of my expectations. After getting a quote for a repair on our shower that almost made me collapse, I figured I'd get a second opinion. I called Jason and he was at my house on time within two days.
