If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, dependable plumber...YOU FOUND THEM! From the office staff to the plumbers American Rooter comes second to none! They were hired when my washing machine s drain pipe began kicking back water...what I thought was a simple fix turned out to be an absolute nightmare, but Steve and his crew went above, and beyond to figure out an affordable solution! Thanks to them the problem is resolved, and I couldn't be happier! Their kind, and courteous servive is something you don't always find these days...thankfully I did! Within two hours of calling they managed to fit me in. The price on the phone was the price they charged me. They got the job done and we were happy with everything about the service. I had to verbally give my credit card on the phone to the person in the office before they would come out. That was the last charge I made. Several days later, my card company called asking if I had made several online charges for over $1000. I had to cancel the card and get it replaced. Very inconvenient since I have lots of automatic charges. That was the only non-routine use of my card in quite some time. Service: Drain cleaning
