DO not bother using them unless its for oil. Anything else would be a waste of money. I got a service contract with them for three a/c units and they could care less when i called them to tell them i needed service on one unit that was not functioning.
This company stole my identity then started an account under my name. I reported them to the better business bureau where they said they didn't need my signature or approval. The owner has been nothing but disrespectful along with his staff calling me outside my name and threatening me to drop my case. Please be careful when doing business with these people.
Salesman did not show up or call for our first appointment. I called the main office and I rescheduled. Salesman came out and was supposed to give me quotes for high efficiency and cast iron gas boilers. Four days later I received estimate for the high efficiency - 30% higher than other estimates I received. It has been 11 days and I still don't have the estimate for the cast iron boiler. I texted the salesman 4 days ago- no response.
