We would change “good” to “extraordinary” and every other category to “excellent”. We apologize for forgetting the technicians name. However, he was very pleasant and professional; but most importantly he took the time to answer questions. We were faced with a very difficult problem (clogged check valve drain pipes) at a time when we had to travel out of state for a VERY important family event. I came home from an appointment to find a geyser in my basement. A cap had popped off the pipe leading from my well, and it was clearly an emergency. Clog Master was able to come the quickest, and I'm so thankful they did. Tom took care of the problem efficiently, and made what could have been a huge disaster into a manageable problem for me -- especially helpful since I live alone and currently have a broken foot. He was friendly, gave me good advice, and is the reason I'm able to spend my time writing this review instead of throwing out ruined possessions and crying.

Eric and his team at clog masters were absolutely phenomenal. As a single mom as well as a first time home buyer , a plumbing emergency can be terrifying. It certainly was for me . I questioned the process , the damage , my kids safety, all of it . I had never dealt with anything like this before , and as a woman it is easy to feel intimidated when seeking help and guidance in field that is more often than not , a man’s specialty . Eric and his team were there for me every single step of the way . They never hesitated to answer all of my questions , and even explained answers to me in a way that was easier for me to understand .
