We had our roof redone for the first time and I'm very happy with the results. Michael was very professional and patient in helping me through the whole process and addressing problem areas of our particular roof. His crew was very friendly, clean (did a great job in cleaning up during and after the installation), and efficient in completing the project. We had a little hiccup in waiting for the second batch of shingles to arrive but everything was handled very well from A to Z. We had CT Roofcrafters replace our 35 year old roof in the summer of 2021. They also replaced our gutters. Michael was extremely easy to work with. He was responsive to texts and was often on site during the work to address any questions or issues that arose. We had a very particular roof tile in mind for our home and it was in extremely limited supply. Michael was the only roofer we talked with who got all the roof tile we needed quickly and without charging an exorbitant price. His crew came on time and worked efficiently to get our roof on in just a few days time. We felt their weatherproofing was well done. Some of the gutters had to be done a week or two later, but Michael was very communicative about timelines and always delivered on time.
