As the owners of a beautiful historic townhome in Washington, D.C., we were determined to restore our flat roof to its original splendor. We chose GoTech Roofing after getting an estimate from them. During the removal of our old flat roof, they discovered two layers of old roofing. When they stripped the layers, they found our wood deck was severely damaged and rotting. GoTech not only removed both layers but also replaced the deck with new plywood at no extra cost to us. We're grateful, as we're are older and on a fixed income and couldn't afford more expenses for the roof. We own a 115 year old townhouse in DC. Our flat roof was over 25 years old and leaking in a couple of areas and we have a historic slate mansard roof on the front that we thought would have to be replaced. GoTech Roofing assured us that that they could restore the slate roof while replacing our flat roof. Now the whole roof replacement job is complete and we could't be happier.
