I’m one of those people that doesn’t like to have my time, nor my money wasted by fast talking salesmen that can’t deliver on their promises. I got 3 bids on this job and while all of the bids were very close with respect to cost, Michael Kelbie at Kelbie Home Improvement was the only guy that didn’t lie to me or pester me with call backs. Not only that, but the job itself was a little more complicated than a typical roof and therefore required some special attention. A few days before the job was completed, it rained and water began leaking onto the patio. I called them and they sent out a field supervisor to assess the issue. The next day, a crew came out and worked for a few hours. The supervisor guaranteed I would have no further issues. A week later, we had three days of solid rain and no leaks! I would hire these guys again in a second!

I called Kelbie Home Improvement who was recommended to me by my office. The receptionist was very responsive and within minutes I received a call from Michael Kelbie directly. So happy to have called them since they were able to go out to the house and check the flat roof within a COUPLE OF HOURS from my call the SAME DAY! Michael was very professional and took pictures and video to explain and resolve our concerns. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind!

Kelbie roofing is excellent they provide professional and quality work that will last for years! We use their services on our home and business. Mike provides excellent timely customer service from inspection to completion of their work.
