I’m always nervous when plumbing repairs pop up, but thank goodness I found Kevin Jenkins. He was courteous, prompt, and very professional. He even installed a bedet system for me which wasn’t a part of the original plan. I will definitely use them for future projects, and I highly recommend! Service: Toilet repair

How are they getting almost five stars? So I had a clogged bathtub. Water stopped draining. Would’ve tried to fix it myself, but as a renter who’s moving soon I didn’t want to buy the equipment, and I’m short on time. I call them because of their rating, and they say they’ll be here at 11am. So I call at 11 to ask where they are, and they say, I have you down for 2-3pm. Then at 3 when there’s no sign of them I schedule another plumber. At about 5:30 they text me saying they’ll be here in 10 minutes. So I cancel the other plumber. They’re lucky I was home because I almost went to the exhibit at the Middle East Institute. I pay them almost $300 to do something I could’ve and should’ve done after watching YouTube, but they did unclog my tub so they get a star
