I had a very positive experience with Luis and James. There was a very quick response to my request for an estimate, and Arnold was able to come out the next day to fix my kitchen lighting. Although there was a little accident that resulted in some damage to my light fixture, Arnold immediately took responsibility, was extremely apologetic and made sure my final bill was reduced significantly. Luis&James Electric were incredibly helpful in replacing the outlet in our kitchen. We had purchased a new oven from Home Depot, but Home Depot refused to install it because they said the outlet was wrong (and wouldn't tell us what we needed to replace it with). We needed someone to come out ASAP, so we contacted Luis&James Electric and they sent someone the very next day. The electrician, Arnold, was friendly and professional. He quickly figured out what needed to be done, ran out to get a part, and finished the job in less than an hour. We are very grateful that we now have a fully functional oven thanks to Luis&James Electric. They really came through for us. We would definitely use them again for future electric needs. Arnold came by and gave an estimate for the work and showed up at the scheduled time. He was very helpful in figuring out where to put our 240v plug for our EV charger installation. Work was done professionally and at a great price. Arnold even helped me figure out some of the EV charger configurations and how to get the most out of the amperage. Thanks!
