Technician was fantastic. Super helpful installing an entirely new lock system in a metal and wooden door. Reliable. Responsive. Prompt. I would definitely use again.
Lewis was prompt and efficient to replace an old lock with a new one. His pricing and service were both great. He is now my locksmith of choice, and I would recommend him for anything that’s lock or key related.
Our lock was not catching and we were fearful of being locked out of our apartment. MacArthur came the next morning. He worked quickly and cleaned and tightened our lock. He said the old lock would be fine. He could have sold us a new lock and we would have bought it. How nice to have honesty coupled with excellent work.
