Mr. Dave Whittington was super professional and knowledgeable in his approach as he explained to me how he was going to correct the vibration in my pipes (bathtub). He took great care of the situation and I was super pleased that he repaired the problem in a short amount of time. I will be asking for Dave each time I use Catons. Thanks again!
