Called multiple times and sent multiple emails. No response or call back. Just a bunch of notes to the receptionist and unanswered emails. Had 11 projects for them but if this Felix guy doesn’t want to answer the phone or email, then I’ll find another company. Pathetic. Don’t leave me on of those responses saying “call us so we can resolve this issue” like you did everyone else. You could’ve resolved this by answering the phone how many other times??? I’m not wasting my time with you all.
Our Spartan plumber Anil Das was wonderful. Another company told us our sump pump was corroded and needed to be replaced. I called Spartan for a second opinion and because they installed our sump pump 5 years ago. Anil was so nice, honest and professional. He showed us the sump pump did not need replacement and there was no corrosion on it, it was just a bit of dirt. The float and everything was in good condition. We are seniors and we appreciate honesty. It’s so unfortunate other companies try to take advantage of customers. We will stick with Spartan and Anil Das will be our go to plumber. My AC hadn't been working for two weeks, called Spartan on the recommendation of a neighbor - Matthew was here in less than 45 minutes! Professional, thorough in his troubleshooting, he explained everything - and was not in a condescending. Best service, I've had in a very long time!
