My heat wasn't working and the company immediately sent someone out to diagnose the issue. The technician determined the cause of the issue, filed the claim through my insurance, and followed up to make sure the request was processed in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to install my nest thermostat, which no other company was able to do successfully because of my complicated HVAC and heat pump systems. He gave me a 4 hour window and missed it. Then when he finally went to what he thought was my address (30 minutes late), it was an incorrect address across town. Even though he had the correct address in writing. Complete incompetence and wasted an entire half day.
We had multiple companies come out to take a look at our split unit. After months of no AC or heat, we were finally able to replace the unit with United HVAC. Mahmoud came out and really impressed us with his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend for all things HVAC. Service: Heating system installation
