Scott was amazing at informing us of our issues and a speedy repair. Will definitely call back should we need him again. Update, Scott returned because we were backed up again. Scott came out the next morning after I called about having a clog in our bathroom drainage pipe and also wanted our tub drain hooked up. Scott was able to locate and clear the clog quickly.
