Harry’s level of professionalism is rare for this day and age. It was unbelievably refreshing to meet this man who clearly takes pride in his work and keeps his clients’ needs at the forefront of his mind. He is a good teacher too, patient when explaining issues. He even wore shoe covers in my house so as to not bring in outside dirt. As a household that doesn’t wear shoes indoors and does all of our own housekeeping, it was a special touch that did not go unnoticed.
