We have lived in our house since 1978 . We’ve had our roof and flat deck reroofed 3 other times without any problems dealing with our flat roofs service or damage to our cedar siding close to our roof line . In this case they came early Monday morning and finished up at 7:30pm on our 2500 square foot tri-level house. Their workers didn’t take care in removing the old shingles and our cedar siding . The flat roof , which peel and stick roofing material was used twice before , was applied this time causing channels of water to accumulate the next day when it rained because of their process and not the case the previous times . When we tried to communicate our dissatisfaction , they gave 1 excuse after another . WE DON’T recommend this company !!!! Today , Feb 28th , 2023 , we met with Mike Waring from Secured Roofing and Solar . Chris made getting my grandmother a new roof easy and fast. Doing business over the phone, much less in different states is never easy. He did most of the leg work with insurance. The continious photo updates throughout the project was a relief, as you can't expect an 85 year old woman to go on the roof. Chris and his installation crew will definitely have my business using Secured Roofing for my rental properties in the future.

Secured Roofing is a SUPERB company. Greg and NJay are totally top class contractors, they are the best! They did great work for me on replacing my entire roof due to damage from Hurricane Ian. They gave good competitive pricing, excellent service, very responsive, very nice people, great to work with. All went smoothly, very professional job. I would do business with them again any time!
