I'm honestly shocked by any positive reviews of this company. With the exception of the sales person who got us in the door every single person I have interacted with has been slow to respond or not responded at all. ZERO communication about when they will show up to actually do work. The roofers left trash all over our yard, flipped a switch on our pool pump that half emptied our pool by the time we got home, did not put flashing around our chimney, broke multiple solar lights and sprinkler heads, did not replace rotten wood, nailed an entire bag of roofing nails inside my attic - all around sloppy and unprofessional. We paid for gutters in November and they weren't even ordered until January. They sent MULTIPLE requests for final payment before the work was even completed. You have to essentially do their communication for them, they clearly don't speak to one another. We were verbally told that the first 5 sheets of plywood were included with the roof replacement but they charged $
