Fernando (owner) is extremely unprofessional. Lacks communication and general people skills. It’s 2022 and they only except cash… made an appointment, texted my address. They told me they might be there between 2-4. Next day, called to confirm the appointment and getting a better idea of when they might show up because I work like everyone else and didn’t want them waiting on me. When he returns my call, he proceeded to tell me, he’s not interested in taking my business… his reason was “there’s been too much talking about nothing “ whatever that means… I’ve made plans to be waiting for him and he was nothing but rude and unprofessional! Unreal… DEFINITELY would not recommend this company! After dealing with him, I would assume he’s paid for every one of his ratings. Blows my mind how ignorant people like this stay in business.

Not only responsive but ON TIME. I mean like "we'll be there at 10:30", pulls up at 10:30. I had sent them photos. I was wary at first as they charge by the hour but I've never seen more hustle but care given during a job. They came in and fixed SEVERAL problems from a previous electrician who ghosted us when we reached out to get said problems fixed and all at a very fair rate. If they ran into a snag, they talked to us about options. If they found something funky, they showed me. When there were options, they asked (hang the fixture one way or another). They took care of me, our 1970s home, and fixing someone else's mess. Would HIGHLY recommend for any electrical needs. They did simple work (removing a prong from an outlet) to middle work (replacing a fan with an old setup and some bathroom light fixtures that were ancient) to some more tricky work (lighting that had been installed poorly on the porch). Their work is of the highest quality, they conduct themselves professionally, and make sure they do the best they can to take care of our needs. Whenever I call, they're here that day or the next. They are very kind and charge us fairly for their work. Fernando is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
