This company is a 5 star company... I must correct this review due to the owner coming out today to fully explain and to offer a resolution to my concern...Before what was lacking was follow up on my concern: Once the job was completed almost a yr ago follow up was needed. There was a misunderstanding on the charge for the facial boards. They did delay a bit but Mr. Rainer the actual [ Owner] did come out today to speak to me and walked me through the entire service on my home. Sales rep Joel was very professional and kind. Previously I had several estimates on my home and I decided to go with Castle roofing because my husband had used them before years ago and because of Joel's professionalism and he was always available to answer all my questions and concerns so I selected Castle. I met with Jorge, who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. From picking out colors, singles, ventilation, he answered all my questions and was very helpful.
