This company is a 5 star company... I must correct this review due to the owner coming out today to fully explain and to offer a resolution to my concern...Before what was lacking was follow up on my concern: Once the job was completed almost a yr ago follow up was needed. There was a misunderstanding on the charge for the facial boards. They did delay a bit but Mr. Rainer the actual [ Owner] did come out today to speak to me and walked me through the entire service on my home. Sales rep Joel was very professional and kind. Previously I had several estimates on my home and I decided to go with Castle roofing because my husband had used them before years ago and because of Joel's professionalism and he was always available to answer all my questions and concerns so I selected Castle. Outstanding experience. The work was excellent. The team was professional and personable. The Supervisor, Eddy, kept us informed about what they were doing, how they were doing it and then showed us pictures of the work they did. The final product looks great and the clean up was very thorough. This replacement was needed because of hurricane damage. We could not ask for a better experience. Thank you Castle Roofing.
