This company is a 5 star company... I must correct this review due to the owner coming out today to fully explain and to offer a resolution to my concern...Before what was lacking was follow up on my concern: Once the job was completed almost a yr ago follow up was needed. There was a misunderstanding on the charge for the facial boards. They did delay a bit but Mr. Rainer the actual [ Owner] did come out today to speak to me and walked me through the entire service on my home. Sales rep Joel was very professional and kind. Previously I had several estimates on my home and I decided to go with Castle roofing because my husband had used them before years ago and because of Joel's professionalism and he was always available to answer all my questions and concerns so I selected Castle. Search no further! Castle Roofing is a reliable and honest roofing company that have provided me with excellent service, product quality and affordable cost. I’ve used them for multiple jobs and referred them as well to friends and family and yet to hear a single complaint. The owners are very attentive to quality outcome and they stand behind their work and product. Most definitely a 5 star company!!!

My wife and I recently got our roof repaired after the hurricane damaged it. Everyone at Castle Roofing was very friendly and professional. They replaced the entire roof and it looks great! Would highly recommend their services and shoutout to Joel and Eddy who helped us out!
