Since the first communication, Rich Smich was clear on the scope of the work ahead; he explained how he would deal with the insurance company giving me options and not using any pressure. Once I agreed to the job and documents were signed, Rich took care of everything as agreed. I am very pleased with my new roof and gutters. The level of professionalism from Rich contrasts with that of many roofers who knocked at my door the week following the hail storm; you won’t find Rich knocking on doors; he was suggested by a friend who is an attorney. Contracted for siding, window, screen, screen door an awnings plus 1 window. Siding is done in different color than house but didn't use the different color of j channel and corner posts. The screens were replaced with defective screening and had to be redone and now they are not stretched tight. Storm door put in wrong handed and 1 and 1/2 in off the floor. They replaced it but now it won't close all the way and the handle has something wrong inside. I have a block holding it closed. Window not in yet and awnings nowhere to be found. I had the house painted to take care of color issue. This damage was all from the April 4th hail storm 2022. They're running out of time for my insurance to pay off so they invoiced the job being complete. Of course my claims guy called me about it. Guess we wait
