This is a review I couldn't wait to leave, I cannot rate my experience with these guys high enough. Dale, Jamie and Jenna are some of the nicest and most accommodating I've ever dealt with. Estimates were arbitrarily high from other companies, Kempton was fair and just. I had an under slab gas line ran and they did it perfectly and inspection was on point. These guys are not only very skilled but they are real people, fair priced and considerate!! I will never use anyone else!!! Once again these guys help me out, at home and at work. Lifesavers and always professional. Great crew!

Can't remember the name of the tech that came After I called and spoke with someone, I was told there was a 291.00 rate. When the plumber showed up around 10 p.m., I asked about the rate again, to write a check. I was told 418.50 flate rate. My toilet was clogged, when we took off my clean out cap, the tech said "it must have unclogged itself from the back pressure". He said I can look down it with a camera, to which he did. He did remove some roots. No more than 20 minutes, he was done. I can see the 291.00 rate, but 418.50? Totally rediculous. I received a call from a young lady that told me she would speak to the owner about the pricing and get back to me. I check this morning, the check cleared with no response back. That's o.k., as I will make sure to let people know to NOT use this over-priced company. Service: Drain cleaning
