JOB SCOPE: Miscellaneous Plumbing We will utilize necessary materials, manpower and equipment to complete the following plumbing work. We will install 2 hand sinks. We will install a mop sink in the location of an old shower. We will install a mop sink faucet. We will hook up a customer supplied commercial dishwasher and tie the drain into the existing indirect waste. We are NOT responsible for any electrical work. We will install a hand sink next to the coffee machine. We will hook up a customer supplied vanity sink and faucet. We will hook up a customer supplied ice maker and run the condensation drain outside. We will run the drainage for the condensation line and the coffee machine drain around the exterior wall of the back room and tie into the existing plumbing. TOTAL COST: We hereby propose to furnish material and labor complete in accordance with these specifications for the sum of: Four Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars and No Cents----------------------------------------
