I was having issues with a bigger HVAC company in town and looking for a new company. They were highly recommended from a family friend and i couldn’t have been more glad I called them. They were able to to get out to my house fast, had great communication, their office staff and technician were very knowledgeable, friendly, and weren’t trying to upsell me on everything. I will be using them for my future HVAC maintenance and when I need a new system, without a doubt will be calling them. Dale is an incredible technician and a master craftsman. Beyond that, though, he is an honest contractor and a personable professional. I would hire him again in an instant. His wife, Laurie, is an impressive business professional as well; she returns calls promptly, is generous with her time (answering questions, etc.), and follows up with any additional information to make sure that the relationship between the customer and the business is trusting and transparent. I couldn't be happier with the work that Edges AC & Heating Services did on my house. Highly Recommended!
