Leaving review on behalf of my parents in Lakeland, FL We received 3 estimates in mid March and we decided to go with Integrity Homes based on their estimate/contract being laid out really well and easy to follow knowing-showing how much each item would be. Chance was great to work with and he said construction on our roof would begin in May. The crew came today 5-15 right when they said they would be there. They replaced the roof in about 4 hours and cleaned up very nicely. We would recommend them highly!!!!

I would like to thank you for having such excellent staff who are professional, efficient, always pleasant to deal with, and always go above and beyond to accommodate customer's needs. From initially dealing with Mike who did the estimate, supervised the work, Chance who I spoke to on the telephone several times, and Jessica who realized my concern about the timeline. I appreciate this and the quality of work that has been done. We had excellent recommendations from three of our neighbors. They like myself are happy and satisfied customers of yours. We hired Integrity to replace a roof. While the roof work is fine, and the crew was excellent, the company is not one I would recommend. Sean didn't listen to what we wanted, didn't pay attention to the pictures we showed him, didn't bother to go inside the building to see the damage visible there. They were 'no-shows' twice, and neither time did we get a call saying they weren't coming . Sean also did not respond to several texts, and when confronted with his lack of communication deflected to 'our secretary dropped the ball'. Our final bill was $1500 over the estimate - which if he had actually LOOKED, he would have seen what was needed. I have no doubt they do great new home construction, but I would not recommend them for a re-roof job. My advice - if you're buying a new home they're probably great, but if you're looking for a roofer, hire a company that specializes in roofing. Lesson learned. (but never again)
