Ricardo was very helpful in getting my ac back up and running. He was very informative and prompt in his work. Would highly recommend in the future.
My AC stopped running over the weekend and I called Strada Services this morning at 9am and I was given a window for today between 1pm-6pm. Ricardo got here at 1:45pm and saved the day! He was very professional, courteous, friendly and explained everything right from the start. He figured out what was wrong with the AC within a couple of minutes and had it running back to normal within a few more minutes. Ricardo did an awesome job and was super nice as well!!
