I know someone that is elderly and disabled and he can’t afford what is needed to repair completely but calls on this company very 6 months or so to patch the job up . The man charged him an extra $100 on top of the patch work because “ they have to come so often” wow is all I can say. I pray the good Lord burdens their hearts to return the 100 to him or at least apologize . Times are terrible right for everyone and he would get the whole repair done if he could. I’ll be looking for another company for him because this made me really sad. I used to clean houses before I became disabled and I couldn’t imagine telling someone I charged an extra 100 because you call too much . That is what I did and what I was there for . Ridiculous

The true measure of a company is how they respond when things go wrong. After previously using Newbern Heating for an annual check-up, I set-up another appointment this year. Due to the age of my house, and the initial install of my unit all those years ago, if was explained to me there was a serious potential of having my drip pan fail, which would cause ceiling & interior damage. I was given a couple of possible options to choose from to 'fix' the issue and the next day the team was over to implement the cure. As always, they were professional and completed their work timely - but here is where they really showed their awesome true colors. Unfortunately, due to attic constraints they were working with, the 'fix' failed, which as promised cause the drip pan to fail, and the next morning we woke up to a ceiling full of water dripping into our kitchen. They gave me a great price on a Wednesday and by Friday I had central ac/heat. This is an older home and they didn't shy away! They did a great job! Very professional and polite employees! Extremely happy with their service! Services: A/C system maintenance, Ductless heating & A/C services
