Our place was not staying cool so we called Snow bird and they were there the next day. They were very honest about the cost of repairs and to replace the unit. What can I say? This company checked off all the boxes for me. I called after hours, but received a call from Jennifer the very first minute that they opened the next morning. Jennifer is just the type of person you want to get on the phone when you’re afraid your air is going out in 100+ degree heat! She was knowledgeable, professional, and fit me in that same day. Daniel, the technician, came within a couple of hours to my surprise in this busy summer season. He was quick, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and honest… not to mention answering a million questions that I had!
