A++++ I have a maintenance agreement with Traditions, but when I called about my AC not working, they said they were booked for weeks to move my maintenance up from August. If I wanted a service call, I would need to pay $92.65 for a service call & WAIT 6 days! I called Snowbird & paid $118 for their maintenance agreement over the phone. They sent a repairman out within an hour & I paid nothing for the service call. My thermostat was replaced under warranty. I HIGHLY recommend Snowbird! I can't say enough great things about Snowbird. Always able to help right away, honest about repairs needed and price is spot on and very reasonable. Even while we are out of state, they were able to go and diagnose our issue and had it up and running right away. Such a relief. Thanks a million!
I wish I could give higher than a five star rating! From coming out to give us an estimate to installation, they were amazing! They asked and listened to what we wanted and gave many options in a new system. I highly recommend them!!!
