What can I say? This company checked off all the boxes for me. I called after hours, but received a call from Jennifer the very first minute that they opened the next morning. Jennifer is just the type of person you want to get on the phone when you’re afraid your air is going out in 100+ degree heat! She was knowledgeable, professional, and fit me in that same day. Daniel, the technician, came within a couple of hours to my surprise in this busy summer season. He was quick, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and honest… not to mention answering a million questions that I had! Probably saved me a lot of money from lesser reputable places who only want to sell you sometimes unnecessary services and equipment. Thank you Daniel! I can't say enough great things about Snowbird. Always able to help right away, honest about repairs needed and price is spot on and very reasonable. Even while we are out of state, they were able to go and diagnose our issue and had it up and running right away. Such a relief. Thanks a million!
