Yaniv was amazing!! He saved my marriage as there is NO WAY my husband and I could have ever assembled our 3 Bestar brand pieces: a wall (Murphy) bed, complicated desk with hutch, and a storage closet. The instructions were super cryptic but Yaniv could translate them easily. There was even a piece that was mis-drilled at the factory yet he was able to retrofit it to make it work. He worked quickly and quietly and was prepared with all the tools that were needed (and then some). Yaniv arrived at 1 p.m. (5 mins before he promised - very punctual) and worked well into the evening so he could finish our job all in one day. What a relief to have this project completed so efficiently and the work is super high quality. The packages were shipped with all sorts of extra screws and brackets (not perfectly counted out like IKEA furniture) -- I know this would have been very puzzling to me and my husband and slowed us up considerably, but Yaniv knew exactly what needed to be done.
