Matt was great and did a good job of checking out our system and diagnosing some issues. He clearly explained what our issues were and the appropriate measures needed to fix them. He was on time, respectful of our property and very courteous. We highly recommend Best Heating & Air Conditioning and will hire again.

For context, temperatures in miami dropped to the upper 40s and my HVAC was not blowing ANY hot air. Firstly, you have to pay $79 for an appointment just so the technician to come to your home (red flag). When the technician see that my HVAC is BOSCH he makes a face (red flag). After 35 minutes he said he thinks (red flag) it’s a new part when my unit is only 6 years old but that someone will call me the next morning. The next morning ones and goes and no one calls (red flag). I call at the end of day and they said someone will call me back at end-of-day. Waiting for that call and if/when they call I will update this post with the outcome. At this point we totally feel scammed and still no heat.
