I can't recommend Alex enough. He replied immediately to my inquiry and was at the location in the next 45 min. He didn't leave until he found the underlying issue and made sure everything was running properly. Upon our request to fill up the freon while at it, he told us it doesn't need filled, even though he could've easily charged us for it, as the main unit is outside.
