I am so happy and impressed with this company! My hot water heater went last night and they sent their tech Anthony over the next day and he even came early! The installation went smoothly and he was in and out, very professional and personable. The price was fair and I will definitely use Erica's again! I think my favorite part was getting a text when Anthony was on his way and it told about his experience and a little about his personal life. What a nice way to make your customers feel comfortable with a stranger coming over! Service: Water tank installation

Had a great experience with this company. Placed a call for plumbing issues we had in the front bathroom. A technician was scheduled to come out the following Monday. He checked out the house and bathroom and determined that the house had cast iron piping throughout and the exterior pipe to that bathroom had failed. To be fixed, they needed to tunnel under shower and toilet to replace piping and cut through closet to do the same to vanity sink..not a small job. Erica's scheduled us in for four days the following week. Received text messages every day when technicians were on the way with bio on who would be at the house. Terrance and Pedro were on time every day. They explained what they were doing. Showed amazing work ethic working non stop digging and tunneling under house to fix/replace plumbing in Florida heat all with a positive attitude and a smile. They made sure everything was safe ..caution tape was put up .They were both respectful of the house and dog. A third tech,Evan
