Erica's Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Restoration

Updated on 8/27/23 - Erica's Plumbing reached out to try to make things right and I appreciate the gesture, so I've changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. Erica's Plumbing is great for plumbing, but that's it. I had good experiences with their plumbing services, but would never trust them for anything else again. I had contracted them for HVAC maintenance and they completely forgot about my service. When I did contact them and had someone come out, the tech provided so much inaccurate information, it was unbelievable. He was trying to very aggressively push me to replace the entire unit. He even swore that no companies would even service my unit because of how old it is. So, I called around for other opinions and got 3 others. They all said it's not even that old and they'd be happy to help. I've switched outright and now my unit is working better than it ever has. I also had them do a very large project - mold removal and complete remodel of my kitchen. The project did get complet

I am so happy and impressed with this company! My hot water heater went last night and they sent their tech Anthony over the next day and he even came early! The installation went smoothly and he was in and out, very professional and personable. The price was fair and I will definitely use Erica's again! I think my favorite part was getting a text when Anthony was on his way and it told about his experience and a little about his personal life. What a nice way to make your customers feel comfortable with a stranger coming over! Service: Water tank installation

I had Jesse come service my air conditioning unit today and he truly went above and beyond!! He is not only friendly, courteous and kind, but he is extremely knowledgeable, honest and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me and was truly a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jesse's services to anybody!
