First Response Plumbing sent a technician out to my house within an hour of me calling about my water heater. Paul was incredibly helpful and efficient when he installed my new tankless water heater and even helped me coordinate with the electrician. Will continue using them and would highly recommend!

Found this company on Thumbtack during the pandemic and they were very responsive. Guess when they’re desperate for business they respond immediately. I was satisfied with their service in 2020. I reached out to them recently and they pretended they would make an appointment to come out, but ghosted me instead. Gone are the days when companies and people politely decline. Now people just leave people hanging. If I had known, I would have invested / reserved time and energy to reserve time and a precious day off on another company on one of my rare days off. Thanks “Last Response”! Added on 05-20-2023: (One additional star for replying.) Thanks for your reply, First Response. “Ghosted” means no show and no communication/ explanation. Also, unfortunately my bank statements reflect that I’ve had transactions with your business. Never again!

We had a leaky toilet that Paul came out and fixed promptly. He was very personable yet efficient. The best part is that my baby was sleeping in the next room, and Paul was kind enough to not wake him up! I'd definitely call him again, although obviously I hope not to need to! ????
