I call on Saturday. Conrad came out on Sunday diagnose the problem and fixed it the same day! Very professional and got the job done..prices are affordable. Called after our system kept running and was not cooling down the house. They answered right away and was able to schedule next day service. The technician was prompt and very communicative before arrival. He was able to verify warranty and was knowledgeable on the procedure incase repairs was needed, which unfortunately as he explained we had condensation on the airhandler which he explained can be a sign of low freon. He did a dye injection as he explained will let them know where the leak is given time as the system is operating. We're currently back to optimal cooling and will call them back. Overall GREAT service. They came out on Sunday morning of the holiday weekend (just as they had promised). Aaron diagnosed the problem immediately and had it repaired in a few minutes. They will certainly be my first call next time I need service. I highly recommend them. Service: HVAC system repair
