I had a difficult kitchen sink drain issue that my prior plumber was unable to handle. Joe showed up, gave me a reasonable upfront quote, and got right to work. The first method that Joe tried did not solve the problem, but undeterred, Joe switched to a slightly different method and the plugged drain was history. Joe was methodical in his approach and even gave us advise on how to prevent future drain issues. I highly recommend Hoff's plumbing.

Came out late in the evening within half an hour and rescued my grandfather's ring from shower drain well after all hope of finding it was lost. Took care of us like we were family.

I brought a plumber in to move pipes in order to install two vanities. I agreed to a verbal price of $1,100. He was messy and used some of the other trades on my job to help him without offering to pay them . He was very aggressive in wanting cash/check that day. I had to drive to my office to get him a check. After inspecting the vanities the next day, one had started to separate from the wall and both had been damaged. He had not done any plumbing work except break a pipe while drilling. Instead of plumbing work, he cut a hole out in the bottom of vanity rather than moving any pipes. By the end of the week the one vanity had completely pulled away from the wall and had to be propped up from the floor. He refused to come back using the excuse that someone sat on it. I had to replace the cabinet and do the entire job again. He refused to accept certified letters and did not respond to phone calls or e-mails.
