Michael P. not only came out to service us after 9pm on a holiday weekend, but was kind and considerate and got our system up and running in no time. I would highly recommend Michael P. and Palm air for your air conditioning needs. Follow up; after our A/C conked out again we had Bruce come by and he provided equally excellent service and we will have our new air conditioner installed tomorrow by Palm Air. Final Review is definitely 5 stars. Kevin and Azani came by today and installed our new system. Not only were we expecting it not getting done today, but we were told it would take around 8 hours. Palm Air provides excellent on time service. Their staff is professional and courteous. Technician Christopher Ast. represents the company with the highest degree of professionalism. He took the time to explain what and how he services the A/C unit. This is something that I have never experienced before in an Air Conditioning company. Palm Air is highly recommended.
