My technicians recently left from a full AC replacement at my condo. They were super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Rome Aire has been very communicative and helpful from estimate to completion. Niki from the installation dept has been so attentive. Would recommend.

*Do not use this company.* This company was very quick to respond. Technician came to my home and spent the majority of his time in his van. He gave me a quote of $3400 to repair my one year old unit, in which I gave him a deposit of $1600 as requested. He stated that someone would call me to schedule the repair within 24 hours. No one ever called. So I another company. They came out the next day and diagnosed the unit again. Totally not what Rome Aire said it was, and cost much less than I was originally quoted. Fast forward to day eight after canceling and I still haven’t received my deposit back. I have called multiple times without any success. Funny how it only took less than a minute to take my money, but they can’t seem to return it. And be informed that the technician also billed me for what he didn’t do and was paid. * Do not use this company!*

I have used this company over the years, and they have been exceptional. Professional punctual and very efficient. Their technician, Kestone Is a great asset to their business. He provided a very informative estimate clearly to me. I would highly recommend this company
