A few weeks ago in late July, a problem with our two external AC units eventually emerged due to the flood waters that they were exposed to from Hurricane Ian. The refrigerant transfer lines were damaged and the air compressors shut down. I live up north in the summertime, and my home watch service discovered that the AC was not working. I called Comfort Caddies right away to arrange a service call with my home watch. They responded immediately. I was very impressed with the report that the service manager, Kyle Duffy, provided to me over the phone. He explained everything very well — the nature of the damage, the proposed remedies, and the urgency of replacing the units quickly.
