I just wanted to complement J&R for the professional service provided by their employee, Adriel. This young man was able to immediately identify the problem. The solution requires him to go out to the paint and hardware store to get the job done. When he finished, something didn’t look right so he returned the following day and patiently redid a lot of that work. Through it all, he was courteous and honest in exposing some of the challenges he had and also recommending solutions . At the end l the job turned out perfectly. I seldom do this but I wanted his employer to know they have an exceptional employee he did a good job representing your company.

From initial bidding to follow thru after the project was complete, J&R Roofing did a great job. Excellent communication and responsiveness to any issue that we had.
