This would have been a 5-star rating except for one thing... The finished roof looks really great!!! My rep JD was great with communication and setting everything up. The materials were delivered the day before the job started. The workers came out first thing on a Tuesday to get started. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and did their best to catch as many nails as possible. The only thing I would warn anyone about is to make sure the main office sends you the payable invoice if you're not paying with cash or check. Nothing was sent to me beforehand except the initial contract. I received the email to make the wire transfer the day the work was started and made the payment immediately that morning for 2/3 of the balance owed. The workers came to finish up the shingles late that Friday (4pm) and didn't finish until after hours. I paid the remaining balance owed on the following Monday morning and a lien was still placed on my property, delaying a closing I have in progr

After Hurricane Ian we didn't know which way was up. Another roofing company wanted us to assign all our insurance benefits over to them which we quickly denied. We had seen Epic working in our community for many months prior to the Hurricane. We had heard good things about the company, their work looked great so we decided to give them a try. Paul was our contact and I can't say enough about his personal dedication, attention to detail and conscientious approach to our project. Twice before Epic could start on our project, the blue tarp had to be tacked down and more tarp added to prevent more water damage. Paul and his team came out the next day, in both instances, to repair the tarp all the time smiling like they really enjoyed what they did. When it came time for the roof install Paul reached out to inform us of how the process would proceed which made us feel a whole lot more comfortable.
