** If you need a roof, you've been warned. ** Since Ian, Epic Roofing is the greatest disaster to hit Florida. Their crew is made of the cheapest labor American dollars can find, and boy, the quality really shows. It sounds like a train rolls through the house when a breeze passes by. The front of my house is embarrassing to my neighborhood. My gutters are definitely still full of rusty nails. They left trash and got paint on all the outdoor plants. Best of all, no one will respond to your texts or calls because they've been fired -- next month, a new salesman might hit you up. They also happen to make insurance an actual nightmare. Oh! I almost forgot. After you pay thousands of dollars in good faith, they'll try to put a lein on your property. Do you want me to keep going? Because my issues are!

After Hurricane Ian, we needed to find a company that could dry us in and replace our roof. A friend of ours, Tony Persichilli of Green Mountain Builders, told me to call Roddy Antonijevic at Epic Roofing. They got us dried in, and we started the process to replace our roof. We upgraded to metal, and couldn't be happier. Their crews (removal and installation), worked from dawn to dusk in the hot Florida sun and were always pleasant and professional. After Hurricane Ian we didn't know which way was up. Another roofing company wanted us to assign all our insurance benefits over to them which we quickly denied. We had seen Epic working in our community for many months prior to the Hurricane. We had heard good things about the company, their work looked great so we decided to give them a try. Paul was our contact and I can't say enough about his personal dedication, attention to detail and conscientious approach to our project. Twice before Epic could start on our project, the blue tarp had to be tacked down and more tarp added to prevent more water damage. Paul and his team came out the next day, in both instances, to repair the tarp all the time smiling like they really enjoyed what they did.
