Plumbing Nerds

It seemed as this would be a very simple, easy, sophisticated process when looking at their website and then reading their reviews. I set up an appt to have them look at the kitchen and the bathroom for a remodel that we are doing. The appt was set up the week prior to the appt. I was contacted on Sunday to confirm the appt, but the process of confirming was difficult as I am a property manager and they wanted to get into contact with the owner (only reason they knew I wasn't the owner was because I told them I wasn't, so if you're a property manager your better off claiming it as your own home, because then they won't come unless they can reach whoever you tell them the owner is?). After them reaching out to my customer in the UK and us confirming this appt on Sunday. They texted me this morning at 7am to tell me after all that they would not be coming out to meet with us after all. For a company that expresses how seamless and how efficient their processes are, they are far from it.

Marvin was so patient and professional. I had a toilet that needed a new wax ring. He installed it then only to find out the tank leaked and needed either repair or replacement.. I decided to replace the toilet. Marvin thoroughly resolved the issues. He completely cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend him and Plumbing Nerds. I’ve been using this company for 3 years and they were always good. They put my water filtration system in, hot water tank and some other things. I called yesterday for an apt for a clogged toilet and they make an apt and never show up. I called and they said they be out first thing this morning and never show up. I call and they say I am out of their service area, after an apt was made. Meanwhile they come once a year to service my water filtration system, at least they did. These people are far from professional and you should not waste your time, find a real plumber! Services: Water tank installation, Plumbing leak repair
