Ryan from Plumbing Nerds just left my house and all I can say is WOW! He was punctual and resolved all issues in a timely manner. He was incredibly friendly and informative, and communicated everything in way that could be easily understood. I rarely leave reviews, but had to after this wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

It is not often I take the time to comment on a service experience. It must be either God awful or deserving of a ten. In this case a ten is insufficient. It was on a Friday evening that it got home to find our 20 year old hot water unit spilled its guts. These things alway seem to happen on a weekend and this one was a holiday weekend. I said to my brother, it will probably be next Wednesday or Thursday before we can get some service. My brother called Plumbing Nerds from whom we had a previous good experience and three hours later the problem was solved … in an exceptional way. What merits this comment was the serve technician. Here was a young man, Jose Lopez, who knew his stuff. His focus was customer service and personal responsibility for the quality of his work. I did not know anything about the Nerds until watching Jose do his job with both a love for what he does and the company he is a part of.
