Jordan did a great job of explaining to me the function of each of the inspections that he was performing were. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. Elena was very attentive to all of my inquiries as well, always remaining courteous and helping me with anything that I wanted to know. The gentleman (Mike F) who installed our new AC unit and air handler did a great job, everything is fully functioning and cleanly installed. They got the job done within about 8 hours or so, and didn't leave behind any mess or questionable craftsmanship. A day after installation, I requested to have a technician come out to adjust the fan settings on the unit since it was set to the highest setting, which in turn was very loud for our home. I understand that this is not only the default setting, but also allows the unit to perform with maximum efficiency, but the loud "whooshing" coming from the vents was just a bit too overwhelming. Your technician, Jordan, Henry, just left my house after performing what I consider extraordinary service. He was there on a routine service call, but discovered some areas that needed to be addressed. He patiently explained what needed to be done and why it was necessary, which I appreciated. He then serviced the areas that needed the work. I am very satisfied with the caliber of his work, his demeanor, and his professionalism.
