I just want to give a shout out to Cool Air Services, Inc. What an AMAZING job they did re locating our AC unit today. The level of customer service from Mandy on the phone to Jimmy the Tech that came out was the best I’ve seen in a very long time. It’s good to see there are still good people around. Mandy was awesome! She responded immediately to my call and saved me from another AC company who was trying to charge me over 3k more for a comparable system. She was quickly able to give me a quote, had her guys out to measure the next morning and a new system installed the following day. Marvin and Richard were prompt, efficient and installed a beautiful new system and thermostat. They even caulked around the base and left our home clean as if they had never even been here. I have been experiencing a leak from my AC system for the past few weeks. I was informed by Lindstrom during my service in December that my refrigerant was low. The tech did not tell me why it was low, but kept recommending I pay for more refrigerant. Rather than call Lindstrom to take a look at my AC system I decided to give Cool Air Service a call. Mandy was very responsive and very helpful and got someone to my house asap to take a look. Zack Sousa came and immediately detect the problem I was having with my system. There was a leak resulting in my refrigerant being low. Zack fixed the issue and did a few other things for me. I was very pleased and thankful for the work that was done. I will definitely be using this company again for all my AC needs. Service: A/C system repair
